OK, I'm actually in the process of moving my blog.
Lots of good reasons, but, here's the deal....
I'm leaving the actual blog up till November....for political reasons.
A friend has reminded me that there is an important battle coming up, and I don't want to get caught with the wrong guy in office.
OK, so, I'm planning on moving all the addresses over to the new blog, but, it's going to take a lil time.
Thing is, I don't want to offend anyone with being connected to what I'm doing if they don't want to be, so, if you want me to get your address off earlier, come on by and say so. Anyone that comes and says gets priority treatment....
Otherwise, you'll, first off, see where I'm going to at the top of the list, and second, there will be no addresses left there UNLESS you want to stay there and even contribute, should you feel inclined.
Oh, wait a minute....Not only is she cooler, she'll also be easier to paint.....

Well I hope it was cheap and she is cool now, lol.
These pics dont do her justice because she looks super cute. Like a puppy! and she feels good and walks with more bravado. what a chance from the scared little thing that didnt want to get out of the car when we got home. Its amazing what love can do.
Oh I spent too much at AC Moore today but I wanted STUFF. I got translucent decoration stamps (swirly lines etc...) to build up layers in a painting. I wasnt thrilled tho with how it looks when inked and placed over dry paint. Not thrilled about the quality of ink pad although I paid 7 bucks for it. On paper it stamps fabulous so Ill have to watercolor some wood and stamp over that and see. maybe its cause the wood is porous so the ink bleeds a bit. hmmm. Tomorrow I finish the lantern video so Ill try stamping on watercolor paper. maybe Ill give up wood for awhile. hmmm.
After this video Im taking 2 weeks off to write the remaining lessons and shoot the videos for the class. They wont like that in youtube land but its got to be there is no way I can keep up with that schedule. The class must be awesome and deserves all of my time. I want to create all new art for it things no one has seen so its all new and exciting and fresh and YAY. I cant put into words how much i love this.
Holly Baby is so cute! The haircut is wonderful....you are so good to her. I think she's happy!
I'm sure she feels much better, very stylish.
Looking forward to the next video. I've been writing and creating, slowly but surely. It's hard to get back into a creative mind set after a long break. I'm very excited.

I bought some cheap erasers today. I want to try carving my own stamps.
I also made some crude background stamps out of foam cut out in geometric shapes and stuck onto wooden blocks.
I would buy a really cool finely drawn stamp, but prefer the idea of making my own. Besides they are quite expensive in Australia.
OH I know she is happy and must feel so loved. Just in time for this crazy heat wave,too!!

You know I think you are the Queen of creative ideas and inspiring projects, and I'm glad you are taking some time off to finish your videos w/o getting overwhelmed by our enthusiasm to get started. You are worth the wait!

I work at Michael's part time and it is SOOO hard not to spend all my money there! LOL.
Keep up the good work with the classes. We're all very excited. :) And I hope that is encouraging rather than adding pressure!
AC Moore...I LOVE that place. I was thinking of getting a second job there but I probably wouldn't bring any money home at all. It would all go back :)
They already have a lot of fall stuff out. If this crazy heat wave would break I might be inclined to start a new project.
