Some show and some don't.
the later is from rounding up a kitty and forgetting to make the kitty burrito.
That's a lesson you don't need to learn twice.

slept all day.
tomorrow i paint.
fourth of july is upon us!

Hi, Suzi! I'm glad you got sleep... it's very healing.

I hope you cleaned those wounds (the physical ones) very well. Even the cleanest cats can have stuffola under their nails that can cause problems. If they start to look the least little bit infected, please go for antibiotics RIGHT AWAY. Kitty wounds often heal on the surface, but have bacteria in them that linger on inside & get gucky after the top of the wound has healed over... so you don't see the guckiness until you're quite ill.

About the non-physical wounds: know that we're here for you and support you.

Yes, you should always wash cat scratches or bites with hydrogen peroxide and then put on some iodine.

They'll heal faster too. :)

Suzi its nice to see your face and know you're safe and warm with lu lu and poo.

Sending you positive energy and peace filled thoughts

I admire that you are not attacking the person that attacked you. It takes a lot of courage and strength to not respond.

If there is anything I can do to help you please ask.

Love to Suziblu! I know you need a new start, so now that you have made that cool donation button appear on your blog, I am going to initiate it with my 10$. I wish I had more... but I figure if everyone did this, you would be on your way. Hang in there girl!

I'm sorry things didn't work out in Virginia. I'm sure everyone's intentions were good. Sometimes things just don't work out the way we expect them to. Love ya.

suzi, the kitty did a job on your neck but i'm glad she didn't get your face. i caught my 15 lb. monster cat falling out of a tree. i know we shouldn't catch cats but he was about 20 feet up and going to fall on sharp metal. he got me on the corner of my mouth to my chin. i looked like one of those puppets on a string with a hinged chin. i should tell a paper story about him. he's already used up 5 lives in 10 months. take care, cingal

Forcing cats to do something they don't want to do, even if it is for their own good, can sometimes have very painful results.

I still miss mine. I had to leave them with my ex in Holland and I still cry for them......

Suzi.. it's good thing you explained that it was pooh that did that..i was thinking maybe it was your ex "wack-mate". J

She did what? Glad to know you are in a better place. And thanks to everyone with their cat scratch remedies. Good stuff to know. I made cloth bags with a drawstring top to put the kitties in when traveling to the doc's. They can stick their heads out to see but can't go anywhere. I had a nice carrier but my two houdini's figured it out.
Sending hugs and well wishes<3 <3

kitty burritos are important! i got scratched like that on my chest by my cat belle once~ my hubby and a friend were carrying in a large area rug and it freaked her out because she couldnt see their faces and i was holding her. she wanted to bolt but i was worried that she would run outside on accident. i held on for dear life and got scratched bad and peed on. i felt so bad that was a terried kitty to pee on both her and me. poor thing! collidol silver is a good choice for keeping the scratches clean.

i didnt even know things were going not good in virginia. im feeling a little out of the loop and clueless. living with people is hard if they dont get you.

I'm fostering some kittens right now and I'm not cat savvy so I have a few scratches like that too. :( These kittens were almost ferral and I didn't stop to think about how they would react to my dogs. My dogs being cat friendly means absolutely nothing to those kittens. hehe
I haven't heard any of the BS going around and I dont want to, but just remember.. most times..when people try to drag you down or ruin your name its because they are JEALOUS! Yer a super star to so many Suzi! :D

Well Suzi I guess things have been difficult for you, going by the other comments. Whatever has happened I hope you have found a safe and peaceful place to be. I hope your art is giving you comfort. Take care Suzi, you have been a great inspiration and comfort to me. I wish that I could return even a little of what you have given me.
Love and Light,
NB x

OMG, Suzi! I wasn't aware things turned bad in Virginia either but I'm very relieved to hear you are in a safe place now. They say art is wonderful therapy so it's great to see you are still creating.

You are such an inspiration to so many and we love you!
