Oh Suzy...
...put some warm OATMEAL on your face! Yea u heard me. Go make plain oatmeal, anything bu instant (and grind it up in a blender before cooking) with nothing but water. Add some Honey if you have it, let it cool to a comfy temp, and put it on you face! Rinse it off when it starts to dry. Use as often as you want!
I PROMISE you'll be amazed! And...
All Better Fast!!
My energy is w/ you! Take Care!

Cheers, Sue `*>~[

Poor Suzi ... I have no idea what Poison Ivy is but it looks aweful. At least you have your little friends to keep you company.

Get well soon.

I had shingles once and colloidal (spelling?) silver really zapped it. Maybe it would help with poison ivy? You can get it at a health food/nutrition place.

I love the California paintings.

Well I will add a few remedies:

Tea Tree oil every 2 hours- health food store should carry it. It should dry out the rash, otherwise I think it will keep rampaging across your face. Can't be fun.

There are a bunch of other natural solutions to dry out the rash at: http://poisonivy.aesir.com/view/natural.html

My family used some of the natural plants on their rashes. We are Native - Anishinaabe (Ojibwe) from northern Ontario, Canada. It works. We used to use Milkweed by breaking up the plant and rubbing the pulp/juice on, but I would go with the tea tree oil. Less messy. I have used Tea tree oil before on rashes. Dries the suckers right up and good.

Hope you get better real soon.
