scratchy. sore. twisted.

Im sick.
I have no pictures.
but WAYNE DYER is going to be on Ellen tomorrow so set your DVR!
This little bald man will change your life like little bald men sometimes can.

Shopping before I became feverish I bought Blending chalks.
I want to alter black and white photographs next.
so much I want to do I dont wanna have a sore throat and be sick BOO!

almost march.
almost spring.
almost time to get a puppy!

There will be a journal video again this weekend, and every weekend Ive decided. also once a month there will be an art history lesson video where we learn about an artist and make art like them to learn about the style. In the art history vids there will not be bad language. I can at least commit to that. Next week Im opening an etsy store and will put up paintings to sell rather than an auction. see how that is.

If I get any worse the good thing about being sick is taking lots of theraflu and stumbling around the house in bunny slippers. Not entirely sure you want to see that but Ill tell melissa to take some video.

Oh yuk!
I hope your feeling better soon...meantime, just cast your mind back a couple of weeks, to being in the middle of unpacking, wishing it was finished enough to sit down and relax in, and just sit down in your lovely new home, and relax, as luxuriously as possible.
Big Hugs

So sorry you're sick, sweet Suzi.

You are an amazing woman. Have I told you that yet? You are so generous with your gifts and I just wanted to tell you again. I truly appreciate you and I couldn't have found you at a better time in my life. What is it they say, "When the student is ready, the teacher comes." Or something like that.

Anyway, take good care of you.
Peace.

Suzi - I wrote the WRONG MAGAZINE!!! I am so very very sorry - just realized you were mentioned in Making Memories March/April issue, page 68.
Quote "Still unsure abut trying your hand at art journaling? Tune in to Suzi Blu's weekly art vlogs (video blogs): suziblu.net"

It is in an article about art journaling using scrapbook layouts (you would NOT believe how many scrappers are turning into art journalists out there!)

I am so sorry about saying the wrong magazine name! I am an idiot.

Get well soon Suziblu! Having a cold is horrible. WHY is there no cure I ask you, WHY?!!

I look forward to your videos as always. Art history lessons will be great! It's funny, I used to hate my art history lessons at school, but I think it was because they were presented as completely dry and boring. And it was always like 'this painting represents this' and if you had a different opinion you were WRONG and got a bad mark *sigh* But see, the ironic thing is that I actually LOVE art, I love learning about art, love looking at art, love making art. It was just the lessons that sucked! Learning should be FUN, why high school teachers don't understand that is a mystery to me...

My boyfriend and I will be getting a KITTEN at some point! We were looking at all these websites yesterday. Will probably have to wait a year or so though, as we will hopefully move from the ROOM we live in right now to a nice flat with space for a kitty. Spring is always such a hopeful time and looooovely.

Get well, as soon as possible. I don't want my favorite visual artist to feel all sick and sore.

I'm very excited about your next videos, looking forward to seeing them.

So sorry you are not feeling well. Hope Etsy proves to be profitable. I heard about the problems at Ebay, some kind of strike. I belive you have made a wise decision re: when and when not to exercise your right to use that lovely potty mouth of yours. Great video using stuffed animals to address your point and feelings. Wishing you an early Spring.
