Yummy! I really like ginger a lot.
I even did an experiment with fresh ginger to see if it would store better in the refrigerator or out on the counter. I found it last longer out on the counter. I also found that if I wrap an onion in a paper towel it last longer in the refrigerator after I had cut it. This was by accident. I had nothing to wrap it in and used a paper towel. I do the same with some other vegetables. Also I cut a watermelon in half and lay it on the flat side after putting wrap on it. It stays fresher. I cut it in smaller pieces when I eat it. I found it is easier for me to eat that way. I do the same with pizza that isn't to flimsy. Thanks so much for this.

Have you ever tried making ginger tea? It's kinda similar to on the video but what I do is I peel the ginger, then cut it in lengthwise strips and boil it in water (enough for a full teapot) for about 20 minutes then add a few spoonfuls of honey and you have the best ginger tea ever! It's so warming and I love the way it burns my throat. It's also said to be good to leave the honey out if you have a cold and just have the ginger extract. I absolutely love ginger! You know, it's also really good against car sickness. Have ginger tea or chew on some ginger before/while in a car and it'll keep you from getting car sick.
