Long Ass Video

Does anyone have a copy of windows I can borrow?

360MB! Mostly because of pooh at the end. Way too big for youtube so Ill have to spend tomorrow morning cutting it down ( I shall). I have VMware but have zero idea how to use it. so, oh well.

If you go to the bottom of the page where it says iTunes you can download the video and play it on your computer via podcast.

Here is the YOUTUBE version if you have a slower connection.

I absolutely love your paintings. How do you come up with your ideas? Also, if you have any tips on how you "shade" your girls faces I would appreciate it. I try and try, but it never comes out right. Thank you!!!
Looks like you are having fun in Virginia to me!!! :)

I'm at work at the moment so can't watch the video, but about the video file size, does the programme you use to edit allow you to export it at a different filesize? If you export something that is about 10 minutes at the FULL quality it'll probably be several hundred MB, however most programmes will have options to 'export for web' or stuff like that. It slightly downgrades the quality but GREATLY reduces the filesize. For example, my latest video is 7 minutes and only 18MB and easily handled by YouTube, the original file without compression is well over 100MB. You could look into compressing your videos for showing them through YT on your blog, and then also offering a full size download so people can watch the high res version on their computers. I'm assuming you use iMovie (which I'm not too familiar with because I use Windows Movie Maker on my PC but I'd assume it has similar options) so maybe play around a bit with the export settings when saving your videos and see what setting gives you reasonable file sizes without compromising the quality of the picture too much.

The Mom in me had trouble watching that. ha! Girls! I'd make Melissa sit in the corner and stop throwing shit at you. :)

Love the painting. It's one of my faves ever. Oh, I was inspired by the video from the creator of the Vagina Monologues (ugh, now I forget her name..real inspired, huH?) to begin a small fabric something or other (quilt maybe, wallhanging). I was inspired by her story of the women who found a way to get ice cream. Yes! Women Rock!

You and Melissa rock. :) Thanks for including us in your fun and mayhem.
